                               RESOLUTION NO. 19607
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE LOOKOUT
                   VALLEY AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
                   HEREIN, ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 1992 FOR THE
                   PRESENTATION OF THE LOOKOUT VALLEY HIGH
                   SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE UNDER THE
                   SPONSORSHIP OF LOOKOUT VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL,
                   UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of the northbound through traffic lane of
       Brown's Ferry Road from the Red Food Store parking lot to Adkins
       Road, the temporary closing of the westbound traffic lane of
       Adkins Road from Brown's Ferry Road to Lookout High Drive, and 
the
       temporary closing of Lookout High Drive from Adkins Road to
       Lookout Valley High School on Thursday, October 1, 1992 from 6:00 

       p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the Lookout Valley High School Homecoming
       Parade sponsored by Lookout Valley High School provided that the
       sponsor shall set out traffic cones and traffic control signs in
       accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto and 
shall
       provide, at all times, an access lane for emergency vehicles.
